Taylor Guitars would like to congratulate Casey W. of Orlando, Florida on winning a Taylor DN5 in the Hotel Café Tour Fall 2008 promotion.

When first learning of her win, Casey says, “I didn’t believe it. I finally read the subject that said ‘Congratulations on winning a Taylor DN5’ and I freaked out. By the time I got the call confirming I had won the guitar the next day, I had already told all my friends it was a possibility. My mom told me I won, and I freaked out in the middle of lunch. I was so excited!”

Casey informed us that she has been playing guitar for a little over a year on a borrowed acoustic lent to her by her brother. She has been saving money for a Taylor guitar since her birthday and says that one of her goals is to study worship music in college.
