Taylor Guitars, in partnership with Fender GmbH, has opened a new international service center in Germany. Located in Düsseldorf, the workshop enlists seasoned repair technicians with hands-on experience and expert knowledge of Taylor guitars to give each guitar tune-up, repair or modification that signature Taylor touch. The service center honors warranty services and can perform necessary repairs and modifications to make the guitar the instrument of the owner’s dreams. The center also offers Taylor’s four comprehensive maintenance packages: Refresh, Revive, Renew or Rejuvenate.

Earlier this year David Hosler, vice president of customer service and repair, traveled to Düsseldorf to set-up the new facility to mirror the US-based workshop tools, machinery, and most importantly, repair techniques. “Here at Taylor, we want our owners to know that when they send their guitar to a Taylor service center, it’s like sending their guitar to the Taylor Factory. The machinery and tools are the same, and the repairmen have a wealth of experience working on Taylor Guitars,” shares Hosler.

The new location is one of three international service centers as the company currently operates one in England and another in Sweden.
