We just finished presenting our first-ever dealer training at Taylor’s European headquarters in Amsterdam, and what a time we had! The training program, dubbed Taylor Guitars University, took place over a two-week period, during which we had several “classes” of dealers—100 total from 9 countries—all coming together to hear the Taylor story and learn more about how we do we do.

In the words of Brian Swerdfeger, VP of Sales & Marketing, it was all about  “good food, good friends and great guitars.” The days were wonderfully detailed without being too heavy. The dealers were able to take an extended virtual tour of the Taylor factory thanks to an array of video segments, they learned more about our shapes and wood types, and in between there was plenty of food and conversation. We have such a good time connecting with our dealers from across Europe, and always come away feeling like we have gone deeper in building lasting relationships.
