Doug B. of Richmond, Virginia is the winner of the Ultimate Jason Mraz Sweepstakes, which awards him the grand prize of an autographed JMSM guitar – the same guitar Jason played during his 2010 Winter NAMM performance on the Taylor stage – as well as a complete Taylor prize pack, including a Taylor t-shirt, barstool, guitar strap, digital turner and guitar stand.

Doug, a Jason Mraz fan and a self-taught guitar player who’s been strumming for the past 25 years, was “ecstatic” when he heard the news. “I can’t believe I’m going to have my own Taylor,” he says. “That it’s a Jason Mraz Signature Model acoustic seems like some of that good Jason karma must be rubbing off!”

And Doug isn’t just a fair-weather fan. He’s seen Jason perform numerous times. When Jason’s first album, Waiting for My Rocket to Come, featuring the hit-single, “The Remedy,” came out in 2002, Doug saw Jason live at the Pageant in St. Louis, Missouri. He says his favorite song of his remains “You and I Both.”
